Orders:

After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping card. If you receive notice that an item or items are back ordered, you can choose to cancel the order and your card will be refunded for any back ordered items that you do not want to wait for.

PLEASE NOTE: Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations, items may arrive separately.
As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate packages.
You will not incur additional shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund any item that still has original tags attached withing 30 days of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom made and personalized items are not returnable such as tutu's and pettiskirts.
In general, rugs and furniture are subject to a nominal manufacturer's restocking fee if returned.

Please return  item withing 10 days of receipt in new condition with manufacturer's tag attached.
Shipping cost associated with free or discounted shipping may apply to returned item's.

Drop Ship:
All drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense and will be subject to 10% restocking fee
